Der Verkauf von Elektrofahrzeugen in der Türkei stieg um 61 %

Die Türkei verzeichnete in diesem Jahr einen starken Anstieg der Elektrofahrzeugverkäufe. Ihr Umsatz stieg im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 61 %. Dies wurde vor allem durch die Markteinführung der ersten inländischen Togg-Elektrofahrzeuge erreicht. Auch in diesem Jahr begannen so bekannte Autohersteller wie Tesla mit dem Verkauf von Elektroautos in der Türkei.

Nach Angaben der Automotive Distributors Association (ODMD) wurden in der Türkei von Januar bis Oktober dieses Jahres 48.883 Elektrofahrzeuge verkauft. Wenn der Absatz weiterhin in diesem Tempo wächst, wird in einigen Jahren jedes dritte Auto, das auf den Straßen der Türkei fährt, mit Strom angetrieben. Bis 2030 wird die Produktion von Togg eine Million Einheiten erreichen, und bis 2025 ist geplant, mit dem Export türkischer Elektroautos auf europäische Märkte zu beginnen.
