Zahlen über Wohnungsverkäufe

In neun Monaten dieses Jahren sind in der Türkei eine Million Wohnungen verkauft worden. Nach aktuellen Daten des Türkischen Statistikamtes (TÜIK) stieg im Vergleich zum Vorjahr der Verkauf von Wohnungen in den neun Monaten um 16,72 Prozent.

Im Vergleich zum September des Vorjahres stieg der Wohnungsverkauf in diesem Jahr um 28,8 Prozent und erreichte 140.298.

Der Wohnungsverkauf an Ausländer hingegen erhöhte sich im Vergleich zum September 2016 im September 2017 um 75,24 Prozent und stieg auf 2.236.

Im Vergleich zu den neun Monaten des Vorjahres wurde im gleichen Zeitraum ein Anstieg von 10,14 Prozent verzeichnet. Demnach wurden 1.030.728 Wohnungen verkauft. Der Wohnungsverkauf an Ausländer erhöhte sich um 15,37 Prozent und erreichte 15.241.
