EBWE investiert Rekordsumme in der Türkei

Die Europäische Bank für Wiederaufbau und Entwicklung (EBWE) investierte im vergangenen Jahr die Rekordsumme von 2,5 Milliarden Euro in die türkische Wirtschaft. Das ist mehr als in jedem der Vorjahre. Darüber hinaus war die Türkei das Land mit dem höchsten Investitionsvolumen unter allen Volkswirtschaften, in denen die EBWE im Jahr 2023 investierte.

Die EBWE hat einen mehrjährigen Investitionsplan entwickelt, der die türkische Wirtschaft unterstützen soll. Nach Angaben der Bank weist die Wirtschaft des Landes ein stetiges Wachstum auf, es lohnt sich, in sie zu investieren, und die Projekte, für die die EBWE Geld bereitstellt, funktionieren effektiv. Der Großteil des Geldes wird für Umweltprojekte sowie Projekte im Zusammenhang mit dem Klimawandel bereitgestellt. Im vergangenen Jahr investierte die Bank in 48 türkische Projekte.

Seit 2009 hat die EBWE mehr als 19 Milliarden Euro in 439 Projekte in der Türkei investiert.
